Weird Disease, Supercrossiphoneitisness

JR contracted an infectious disease, Supercrossiphoneitis

Not sure what the name of the disease is, but the symptoms are uncontrollable jerking arm movements. I think it’s called supercrossiphoneitisness. I think its contagious, I saw Raymond doing the same thing just minutes after this incident.

Raymonds school bag and Bud Light

Raymond always brings home his school work in his bag. Looks like he brought home a little more than school work today. Is Raymond into heavy drinking? or did mom just find this on the way home (picking it up trying to keep things clean)? Probably the later, but I still thought it was funny.

We went over to Brandon and Lizs house for the evening. Wii games and Bugsy kept the boys entertained. Maybe we will get a little dog in the future?  Bugsy was a fun little rascal!  He looks like the ginuea pig bugsy on Bedtime Stories the movie with hie big eyes.

Optimus Prime Reclaimed

Owen didn’t come home empty handed from uncle Brandon and aunt Lizs house. He kidnaped Optimus Prime from Riley and Gavins penthouse retreat (their huge bonus room/bedroom). He loves trucks and transformers. After a couple of years little Liam can raid Owens room and reclaim the Prime. By that time Optimus might not look that good (Owen the destroyer), but I am sure there will be “more than meets the eye” (cheesy movie reference) when the time comes.

George Fox University and Tinker Toys

I took a two hour assessment class at George Fox University to see if I wanted to joint their program.  One of the activities was to erect a tower with Tinker toys, while collaborating  with your assigned group (cohort).  We had 20 minutes of planning, then 4 minutes to build.  We had a good time, lots of fun.  We lost by 4 inches, even though our tower was engineered so much better than the other group, we still lost.  The objective was to make sure that it stood for over 1 min after the 4 minutes was up, and whomever had the tallest tower won.  The other team just started putting tinker toys on top of each other until their’s was higher.  We still had fun, and we learned a lot.  We went for the cork screw design so the weight of the tower would counter balance while equally applying pressure to hold the tower together.

BSU vs Vandals, 11-14-09

Little Jr and I had an opportunity to go to the game yesterday to watch the Broncos whoop up on the Vandals.  It was an awesome game (if you are a broncos fan)  We were on the 50 yard line, and only 10 rows up, it was perfect.  Uncle John was there too.  Bo big Blue!  We were in section 23, row I seat 23-24 area (east side of stadium), perfect!

Rocket launch by Raymond
